36 days of type takes place annually where artists all over the world upload one letter/number per day for 36 days. Theres are a selection of letters/numbers I've made over the years.
For the letter A, I wanted to imitate the rainy puddles seen in Anime. For the 3D letters, I wanted to create textures that responded differently to how they would in real life. My inspiration for the numbers came from my love of the optical illusion covers from the 1962 issues of Typographische Monatsblätter.
